Using Random Ordering in User Experience Testing to Predict Final User Satisfaction

In user experience evaluation (UXE), it is generally accepted that the order in which users perform tasks when using a product often random rather than fixed. UXE based on these so-called randomly ordered challenging. Although several articles have been published UXE, none proposed technique to evaluate significance of tasks. this study, we propose new approach predict final satisfaction UX related We aimed study importance task UX. main experiment, 60 participants completed questionnaires about while performing series travel agency website. Among machine learning models tested, found accounting for or sequence actions actually performed by support vector (SVM) algorithm with polynomial kernel produced most accurate predictions (97%). These findings indicate some techniques can comprehend participants’ data. Moreover, ordering, accounts actual users, significantly impact prediction satisfaction.
